Ghanaian Artistes Who Went Nak£d For Fame

Published

These are the top five (5) Ghanaian musicians that went completely n*ked to entertain their fans, hence getting famous.

  1. Lorrd Paper.

This guy here is a hero. He broke the whole internet with just a single video with little promo.  Around July 2017, Lorrd Paper went completely n*ked with Nana Yaa Jamaica known in private life as Pearl Darkoaa. The highly explicit video went viral and became the most talked in town.

Even though the video was banned on YouTube before 12hrs, Lorrd  gained his popularity and was granted many interviews which geared up his musical career. Lorrd later released “Maame Serwaa” but later announced that he wouldn’t release its most anticipated explicit visual. The North K Guy later released many other singles but wasn’t given the same attention as “Awurama”

2.   SaltiKush

Widely known by his real name Paulette Broohm who sang on TV3’s Mentor Platform, the amazing artist faded away with her sweet vocals. She resurfaced in 2017 with another stage name “Salti” promoting her new singe “Go Crazy” featuring Olumiday. Promoting talents in Ghana has not been an easy task so she tried getting more attention by showing more skin.

Ghanaians sometimes hate nonsense so her nudity wasn’t patronized or maybe her promo wasn’t intense or we should say she wasn’t seductive enough. The Video for Go Crazy didnt even hit at least 1,000 views.

3.Gangsta Prophet

Gangsta prophet did his best to battle the North K Guy, Lorrd paper but his seems to be rubbish. His video was tagged as one of the most disgusting explicit video ever. We never heard anything about him again.

4. Slim Solja

GHG signee, Slim Solja also went completely naked in his YENTEM  unofficial video. The video which has been rated as an adult content (18+), has  young artiste continuously spanking an unknown lady’s ass. And also he went completely naked at the lather part of the video.

5. Killa Vel

The Mad Citi Boi Started this nude thing way back in 2015 when he started promoting Mad Citi Boi EP things became extremely crazy when promoting the MAD CITI BOI VOL. 2. Killa Vel went extremely nude on the cover art to prove how mad he is on that EP.

One can testify that It’s him that introduced the whole nude stuffs in Ghana. Due to the explicit content of the project, he couldn’t get much airplay from the radio stations but he got his name on the social media. Check out other promotional pictures from Killa Vel’s previous projects.

Furthermore, all parties share their side of the story.

Sister Derby released a single ‘Kakalika Love’, Medikal replied with ‘Ayekoo’. However, he’s now dropped another diss track aimed at Derby.

He calls this new one ‘Open Letter’ and he has a lot to say about their broken relationship and also fires some shots at Derby who he subliminally tags a hypocrite.

This show is far from over.
