I’ve never taken alcohol nor smoked in my life – Captain Planet

There is a general perception that people in showbiz live debauched lifestyles, but hiplife artiste Captain Planet says he is an exception.

According to the ‘Obi Girl’ hit maker, a lot of people have ill conceptions about him perhaps because of the way he dresses.

“People see you and they judge you by the kinda things on you, like your tattoos and dreadlocks,” he added.

He further disclosed to Jessica Opare-Saforo on Citi FM’s late afternoon show, Traffic Avenue that he has never taken alcohol nor smoked before.

He was telling the host about how people admire him and the fact that there are hardly any scandals about him.

“I try as much as possible to stay out of trouble. People do a lot of crazy things to trend, but I have told myself if that is the only way to trend, then I won’t trend,” he said.

“I don’t go out, I don’t drink, I don’t smoke. I don’t party. If I’m not in the studio or the shop, I am always home,” he added.

On the show, the 4×4 member also revealed how being married to his wife Uche Ofodile has put him in check.

“If you are a guy I’ll say listen to your wife all the time. My wife told me a lot of things I never paid attention to but it got to a time I realized that she was right. I believe that God speaks through them. Even if it’s your girlfriend listen to her,” he said.

“My wife told me that ‘you have so many friends, some are not adding value to your life. They are just distraction. Some too are not the friends you think they are. So be careful,” he added.

Published

on

For a moment we thought we have awoken from the wrong side of bed when we heard Princess Shyngle dishing out these profound advises to women on Instagram.

The curvaceous Gambian actress based in Ghana said sex can never keep a man because a man can only be kept if he wants to be.

Princess also added that cooking for a man, washing for him, impressing his friends and families, among others, can never keep him.

She opined that a lady can only keep a man who wants to be kept and that one’s pretty face or the beautiful body can’t make him stay in a relationship.

In any case, Princess should be the last person talking about this particular subject because that’s exactly the fulcrum around which her persona revolves.

It’s even evidently clear that she injected a bit of sarcasm into her so-called advise which didn’t sit well with most of her followers.

” This video is for my ladies only, no men invited to view or comment, well unless you’re gay.”
